The data controller is Kadima Digital, operating the Kadima service at heykadima.com. Company information is on our About page.

What we collect

• Account and order data: your name, email, company and the details of any task you order.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment information under its own security standards.
• Deliverable inputs: the website URL and any information you send us so we can produce your task.
• Communications: emails and comments you exchange with us.
• Usage data: standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).

How we use it

To deliver the task you ordered, communicate about your order, take payment, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (application database and hosting), and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

International transfers

Our team and processors operate across the EU, the United States, Israel and South Africa. Where data crosses borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep order and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
